Christmas party #1

As the family with the newest house, we were elected Christmas hosts this year for Dave's dad's family. We've had a few people over a few different times but this was our first "major" event in the new house...success!

Ever since she finally learned how to tie her own shoes, Lucy has been obsessed with "tie shoes" and loved the pair Grandma and Grandpa got her!

Dave and his siblings had a text exchange going on in the days leading up to the Christmas party. They were texting old pictures back and forth and someone sent this gem of a very excited young David, receiving the game Fireball Island:

As soon as Amy saw the text, she realized she knew exactly where that game was! It was still at her mom's house so she had the brilliant idea to wrap it up for Craig and see if it brought him just as much joy as it had brought his brother years before.
