Christmas Eve

As always, we had breakfast at Bob Evans on Christmas Eve. Lucy wore the festive headband one of them got at Uncle Mike's house.

Once we got back home, it was time to make cookies for Santa!

We got to church early enough to get a seat...which means there was plenty of time to chat with friends before the service actually started. Lucy was pumped to see Hannah and Talia!

Lucy's doll, Isabelle, got a beautiful Christmas dress from GranJan so she got to be super fancy for church, too! In fact, GranJan also bought Lucy & Max's Christmas Eve clothes. Max still wasn't happy about wearing "party pants" but he loves his monster party shoes so he was a little bit happy...

They love Brady!

Happy children! American Girl stuff for Lucy and I Spy books plus Hot Wheels for Max in the gift exchange.

Godparents gifts - Jason & I are Ashley's godparents so we gave her some gifts and then Jason gave Lucy a gift since he's her godfather, too...think she liked what she got?!

Studs!

When we got home that night, the kids had to sprinkle some reindeer food in the driveway! 
Max made it at school - a mixture of oats and glitter - sparkles to show the way for Santa and his crew, of course! 

Then they had to set out some tasty treats for Santa inside.
